Shipping Information
We offer FREE shipping on GIFT items shipped in the continental USA. (Gallery artwork and custom orders do not apply for free shipping.) We use USPS and UPS Ground service. Most orders ship within 3 business days. Generally, you can expect to receive an item within 1 to 2 weeks of your order. In some cases, artwork may not be available for 3 to 6 weeks because it is being made or currently on exhibit. You will be notified in such cases. Shipping charges, if any, and the availability of our products are posted on each product page.
If your package appears to have been opened or has been damaged during shipping, call us immediately at 310.210.9499. Repackage your item in the same packaging material in which it arrived.
Guarantee & Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the item. Returns must be insured when shipped back to us. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and return the item in the original packaging material. Your credit card will be refunded 5 to 10 days after we receive your return. Sales Tax
Arizona and California residents will automatically have sales tax added at time of checkout. All orders designated for shipment within Arizona will be charged 8.8% sales tax and all orders designated for shipment within California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
